What are the dates of the Women in Orthodontics® Conference 2025? 

The main conference is Friday January 17th – Saturday January 18th. There will be an opening reception on Thursday January 16th starting at 5:00pm.

What is the venue for the conference? 

The conference will be hosted at JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida. Room block is available through this link. We recommend booking your flight to arrive in time for the opening reception starting at 5:00pm on Thursday January 11th.

I'm trying to book my travel. What times do I need to know about? 

The opening reception and conference registration will start at 5:00pm - 7:00pm on Thursday January 16th. The conference will conclude around 5:00pm on Saturday January 18th. Fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Can guys attend this event? 

Absolutely! While the speakers and topics were selected with a focus on the needs of female orthodontists, our male colleagues are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

Can my team members attend? 

Yes! The Women in Orthodontics® Conference 2025 is open to doctors and team. While there is not a dedicated team program, many lectures will be beneficial to your entire team.

Can I bring my spouse or significant other?  

Yes! Because of our limited seating and the significant expense of hosting a conference at a resort, every person must purchase a ticket to get into the event.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend? 

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable to another attendee. Except as noted below, tickets are not transferable to a future event.
If event is postponed or cancelled, you will have 90 days from the original event date to request a refund by contacting support@womeninorthodontics.com, otherwise tickets will be transferred to the new event and are no longer refundable.
Tickets are transferrable up to 7 days prior to the event by contacting: support@womeninorthodontics.com. When transferring a ticket, please provide First Name, Last Name and Email Address of both the original attendee and the new attendee.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotels? 

We do not provide any transportation from the airport to the hotel. We recommend using a taxi service, Uber or Lyft.

Is food provided?  

Breakfast and lunch along with mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks will be provided Friday and Saturday. Dinners will be on your own. There are many great restaurants in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

What do I need to bring to get into the conference? 

Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket to gain access to the conference. Badges/name tags must be worn at all times.
